Terms and Conditions Using the lato99 Platform

Use of the lato99 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. lato99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend an account until verification is complete.

• Minimum age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old at the date of registration. lato99 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

• Lato99's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Lato99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

• Continued use: Continued use of the lato99 platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Language: In the event of a discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other language version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall be final and binding.
